The Wines

Intense, dry riesling and strikingly fragrant shiraz are the hallmarks of the Clare Valley. The rieslings have been known to age beyond 20 years, developing attractive toasty honeyed notes to compliment their long, fine acid structure, while the fine shirazes display power underpinned by silky tannin structure offering great aging potential.
