Welcome to OBC Online Rewards – a program designed to thank and reward Old Bridge Cellars’ private online customers. We’ve made it as simple as possible, so the “terms and conditions” are few and far between, but if you have any questions on the points below, please let us know.
Eligibility:
The only prerequisite for becoming a member is that you love Australian wine! If you’re an OBC online customer, you’re already a member of OBC Online Rewards. If you haven’t registered as an online customer, simply select the "Register/Login" link under "My Account", enter your details and create a password.
Earning Points:
First ensure you are registered as an online customer, then go ahead and order your favorite Australian wine from our selection of family-owned wineries. Points will begin accumulating in your personal account automatically: one point for every dollar spent (excluding taxes and freight). Accumulate 100 points and you’ve earned yourself a $5 discount…200 points is a $10 discount…1000 points is a $100 discount…you get the picture.
Oh, and if you refer a friend to the OBC website, you’ll earn points on their first purchase too.
Redeeming Points:
On your very next visit to OBC’s online store you’ll see a summary of the points you have available for redemption at the checkout, as well as the dollar discount these points convert into. It’s your choice whether you use none, part or all of these points, and because your points don’t have an expiration date, so you can let them build up for as long as you like. The only stipulation is that you must be ordering at least 6 bottles of wine when points are being redeemed.
Old Bridge Cellars reserves the right to modify or terminate OBC Online Rewards at any time. If this occurs we will of course notify all members.
FAQs
How do I register for OBC Online Rewards?
If you are a registered OBC online customer you are automatically a member of OBC Online Rewards. Your points will start accruing on your next purchase. To register as an online customer visit www.oldbridgecellars.com.
Do I earn points on all of my online purchases?
Purchases in which you are redeeming previously accrued points will not earn additional points, nor will purchases on discounted items or special offers. All other full-priced purchases will accrue points (excluding taxes and freight).
Is there a minimum amount I must spend when redeeming points?
No, there is no minimum dollar value you must spend to redeem points, however you must be ordering at least 6 bottles of wine when redeeming points.
How will I know how many points I have earned on my purchase?
When placing an order you will be alerted to the number of points accrued on the order verification page.
How do I check my balance?
All members can log into their accounts and click on the "View Your Reward Points" link. This page will tell you what your current points balance is, the value of these points when used as a discount, the total points accrued to date and the total points used to date.
Can I save up points and do I have to use my entire balance in one transaction?
Yes, you can build up points over a number of purchases and redeem them at a later date, and you can choose to use part or all of your points balance on a purchase – the choice is yours.
Can I redeem points on freight?
No, you cannot redeem points on freight or taxes, so you will always have to pay these charges separately where applicable to your purchase.
Can I use points with other special offers?
No, you cannot redeem points on special offers, or in conjunction with any other discounts.
Do my points expire?
No, points do not have an expiration date. However, Old Bridge Cellars reserves the right to modify or terminate OBC Online Rewards at any time. If this occurs we will of course notify all members.
